About This Course

The overall aim of this course is to provide a broad understanding of the basic concepts of Disaster Management with preparedness as a Civil Engineer. Further, the course introduces the various natural hazards that can pose risk to property, lives, and livestock, etc. and understanding of the social responsibility as an engineer towards preparedness as well as mitigating the damages.
